MY
MISSION

My mission is to invite integrative, interdisciplinary, and multicultural perspectives to foster human and environmental understanding and connection while celebrating difference in individuals, couples, families, cultures, and organizations with kindness and ease. I aim to commit to a standard of excellence, and bridge different beliefs and ways of thinking to promote vitality in personal and professional life in myself and others.

MY
PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is one that is human-centered and holistic. I believe that people are inherently good, and constrained by factors within and outside themselves that keep them from realizing and expressing their own creativity and positive human potential. I focus on the whole person including mind, body, and spirit to invite, promote, and coach clients towards optimal wellbeing.

MY
STORY

I have lived many lives and careers. I have a wide-scope lens and have an appreciation for different people from different walks of life, and with different points of view. The one thing I know is that I believe in possibilities. I continue to face and walk through fear I never knew was possible. I have had multiple and sequential losses. I have struggled through life stage transitions and painstaking health concerns. I am migrating a multi-dimensional career without a road map. I love vulnerably and deeply. I travel and I like to be home. I am a walking paradox. I have accomplished a great deal and succeeded beyond my expectations. I am just like each and every other person in the world in ways of being human. My life experiences allow me combine my knowledge and expertise to provide others with their own inspiring story in being masters of their lives.

My Promise

I promise to hold love and compassion when overseeing behaviors that affect personal and professional lives. I promise to access empathy to help individuals, families, and organizations integrate healthier and more effective behaviors to help foster healthier relationships. I promise to bring the “human” component to individuals, families, and the business world. Without the human focus first, businesses and people may struggle to succeed. I will continue to learn, practice mindfulness, listen to my intuition, and use spiritual and sensory skills to better understand all my clients’ needs.

Michelle’s Commitment to Wellness in Business and Life

In LOVE, staying true, kind, and compassionate with myself and others. To continue to give love through support for loved ones, setting boundaries, and having self-love. In JOY, making time to laugh, be “light”, and connect with moments and people. To dance, explore nature, and sing. In PEACE, remembering to stop and be still, present, harmonious, and healthy. To breathe, find “yin”, practice yoga, and rest.
